
Michael Polson

Michael Polson is an anthropologist and a postdoctoral researcher at UC Berkeley in the Department of Environmental Science Policy and Management. Prof. Polson has been studying cannabis in the economy and its social dynamics in California for the past decade, since the passage of Proposition 19 in 2010. While at Berkeley, Prof. Polson co-founded the cannabis research center, one of a few research centers through the UC system, looking at various kinds of issues in the cannabis economy.
