Greg Minor is an assistant to the city administrator with the city of Oakland. Since 2014, his main responsibility has been overseeing the permitting of cannabis businesses in Oakland and for the last several years, Greg has been in the process of implementing more equitable cannabis regulations on the historically marginalized populations there.
